Who
The  Burke County Band Boosters is a volunteer organization made up of band students' parents and relatives. There are no dues, and there are plenty of ways to express your skills, strengths, creativity and helpfulness. The Burke County Band Boosters is most active at the High School level, but fundraising for the travel accounts should begin at the middle school level. Annually there are out-of-town competitions and a spring fun trip.

What
Major activities in support of the bands include fund-raising, prop building, pit crew, uniform check-out/in and management, coordinating and hosting special events such as LGPE, marching festivals, cheering them on, chaperoning, helping out the directors, etc. Contact information for committee chairpersons can be found on the contact page.

When
The Boosters meet regularly the last Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the band room. Please see the band calendar for the most up-to-date information.
